What Have We Got?

Looking to move your body in a fun but sweaty, non judge-y, laugh a minute, heart rate raising, sure to bring a smile to your face environment with like-minded people? Well, as luck would have it, you’ve come to the right place.

All our classes are all levels, so they are open to everyone. If you are a brand new to dance, we suggest starting with a Dance Cardio class, as we recommend having had a bit of previous dance experience for our mainstream dance classes; Commercial and Music Theatre.

  • Who said keeping fit had to be a chore? It certainly wasn’t us. Enter the group chat; Dance Cardio. This high energy 45minute session will get the heart rate up and release all the endorphins. Learn easy to follow, simple choreography with three/four moves per combo, to an outstanding and eclectic playlist. Keep moving and dance like nobody's watching.

  • A high energy, feel-good style; it’s the ‘popular one’ the one you see in music videos and concerts. Think Beyoncé, think Tay Tay, think Littel Mix (before they parted ways). You’ll start with a full body warm-up before learning a choreographed routine.

  • Come and live out those West End dreams. Jazz hands, kick ball change, shimmy and a slide. This story-telling style draws in elements from a variety of dance forms such as; jazz, modern, contemporary and commercial. Encore!
