Where Are We? We host our sessions at various locations across London.
Our main location for group classes is a dance studio inside the CrossFit Shapesmiths site at 8 Grant Road, Clapham Junction, London, SW11 2NU.

Directions for Group Classes: Imagine you're exiting Clapham Junction station - exit the station at the 'Grant Road' exit and turn right. We're the first arch on the right that you come to - there is a big, illuminated CrossFit Shapesmiths sign on the outside of the building . Once in the building, head through to the middle arch (where the 'Off The Rails' sign is on the wall) and you'll arrive at the reception area.
