We’re located inside the CrossFit Shapesmiths site at 8 Grant Road, Clapham Junction, London, SW11 2NU.

Imagine you're exiting Clapham Junction station - exit the station at the 'Grant Road' exit and turn right. We're the first arch on the right that you come to - there is a big, illuminated CrossFit Shapesmiths sign on the outside of the building . Once in the building, head through to the middle arch (where the 'Off The Rails' sign is on the wall) and you'll arrive at the reception area.

First of all, yourself. That would be a good start. Plus, your workout gear suitable for your chosen session. If you’re doing a dance class that requires specific footwear (i.e. ballet shoes, heels etc) please bring them too.

We don’t have changing rooms, so please come dressed and ready to move.

We’re constantly keeping up to date with all the COVID-19 requirements and guidelines. However, even when restrictions aren’t in place, we ask kindly that you don’t come into the studio if you’re testing positive.

Yes, of course. Pop us an email to hello@offtherails.studio with all the details of your hire enquiry; why you’d like to hire, name, date, time etc. A member of the OTR will get back to you ASAP.

Unfortunately we don’t have any on-site parking, but parking nearby the studio is usually available.

We have a 12-hour cancellation window at the studio for all our classes and workshops.

If you wish to cancel and do so within the 12-hour window, your session will be re-credited back into your account.

If you cancel less than 12-hours prior to the class you will not be refunded for the booking. Please see our T&Cs for more details.

If you late cancel and are on our OTR MAX contract, you will be charged an additional £5 to your account.

Please arrive no more than 5-f0 minutes before your session is due to start as we have limited space. On arrival, we’ll get you checked-in at reception and then you’re good to go.

We run a strict no-late entry policy at the studio. Latecomers will not be permitted. It sounds harsh, but it’s for the health & safety of our clients and instructors as well as minimising disruption to the session. You snooze, you lose.

You will lose the session if you don’t show up…so you might as well turn up!

If you are on our OTR MAX pack, you will be charged an additional £5 to your account, if you’re a no-show.

All our classes are all levels, so everyone and anyone is welcome. We give different levels and options in some of the classes, so you can push more (or less). We’d say that a bit of dance experience for the dance classes helps, but it’s not essential. We’re all here to have fun and it’s the taking part that counts…oh, and the insta pics…but mainly the taking part.

All sessions are £18 and booked online in advance.

All our sessions run for 45mins or 1hour.

Yes, yes, we do - bring your mum, your pals, your colleagues, the whole squad. We offer 1:1’s, private parties, group hire, corporate events…you name it, we can do it! Get in touch at hello@offtherails.studio with your ideas and we’ll see what we can put together.

Sadly you cannot. All our sessions, packages and memberships are non-refundable.

Firstly, congratulations! Secondly, we’d always advise you check with your doctor and ensure they’re happy for you to attend. It’s then your choice and if you do go, you must tell the instructor at the beginning of each session.

You’ll leave feeling a million dollars, a spring in your step like you’ve just stepped out the salon fresh from a trim, a smile like a cheshire cat, on the phone to your bestie with the words ‘OMG boo, I’ve found heaven’. Yeah a bit like that…

Oh yeah for sure! But it’s important you take it at your own pace. You know your body better than anyone and if something doesn’t feel right you should let the instructor know immediately.
