Who said keeping fit had to be a chore? It certainly wasn’t us. Enter the group chat; Dance Cardio. This high energy 45minute session will get the heart rate up and release all the endorphins. Learn easy to follow, simple choreography with three/four moves per combo, to an outstanding and eclectic playlist. Keep moving and dance like nobody's watching.
Our fitness classes are all levels and open to everyone. Options are given throughout for low impact/high impact/those wanting to ‘just get to the end’.
